Research Group Social at Alton Towers!

We took a full day recently as a research group to Alton Towers. 🔬→🎢

There is something about screaming on a rollercoaster that levels everything pretty fast. PIs, postdocs, students, family, and everyone were equally terrified.

Beyond the fun, days like this matter. Research is collaborative by nature, but real collaboration takes trust, and trust takes time spent outside the lab. We work on some genuinely hard problems together, and the people doing that work deserve to enjoy each other's company somewhere other than a lab.

Grateful for this team, and I am lucky to have this bunch around me. Looking forward to what we build next.
