Our group is taking part in One Walk Manchester, a fundraising walk in support of Breakthrough T1D, the charity we collaborate with for our research at Lancaster University. Walking for Breakthrough T1D is a way of giving something back to the organisation, making that research possible, and to nearly half a million people in the UK living with T1D who stand to benefit from it.
